Lead, BNM Services
Ronelle Bobb leads BNM Services with a rare combination of executive operations experience and academic depth. As Director and Managing Director of Shieldash (formerly Samuels' Security and Investigators Ltd.), Ronelle oversees guarding, cash-in-transit and monitored security operations, giving BNM's work a foundation in real-world risk and compliance.
Ronelle is also a lecturer specialising in Business Management and Analytics, bringing evidence-based thinking to every engagement and training programme BNM delivers. Under Ronelle's leadership, BNM Services is expanding its consulting and training capacity and building partnerships with employers, HR teams and institutions across the region.
